Kamal Brown: I wouldn’t mind being told what to do and I feel like a helpful person had to help sister with homework and says he has experience. Does work without getting tired puts a lot of information in speaking. Feels like a nice person who will make people feel comfortable.

    What a clear account of the interviews. I think the most important thing missing here is what advice you might give to the job applicants next time – did they show that they were confident? How about the questions – did they answer them fully? Importantly, did they answer them in character?
