My Extrordinary Life

Hi my name is David Soyemi, a youngster destined for greatness. I’m an extravagantly noble child ready to show how capable I am of doing great things in life. There have been many ups and downs in my life but once I put my mind to things I am unstoppable.

I was born on December 18 2003 and grew up in a lovely town named South Bermondsey. In my family I have two brothers and two sisters and I love them very much.

At the age of two years old I went to my parents country called Nigeria and lived there for not such a long time because I had to begin primary school. Back in the day it was so lovely having your family around you . It was like I was already in heaven. However, we all have to grow up because that is how life works.

My grandparents are also astonishing people because they are always so sweet towards me and my brothers and sisters. Primary school was a wonderful journey for me and I saw it through to the very end, I had to say goodbye to those I loved and those who where there for me when I needed support most. My journey has just started in secondary school I think I still have a long way to go to begin making a lot of progress for the future ahead of me.

Well for me school has always been an absolute dream and over the years I’ve learn’t not to take these opportunities for granted. When I grow up my all time goal is to become a lawyer or even a president because I’m very good at dictating. But, one thing that I need to learn which is important to reach my all time goal is to keep your head high and to always stride on to the best of your ability, and once you put this effort in the things that you do then you know that you can achieve anything. I will be honest as a person I dream big things and by focusing on your work doing well in all your subjects and putting 100% effort in your work then that might be a possibility.

The school I go to is called The London Nautical School and I love the school a lot because of all of the teachers and students. They all make me feel like I have a second home, where I can express all my problems. London Nautical is a school you could definitely rely on.

I have a feeling that if I constantly practice I can turn those dreams into a reality. Advice I can give to people that also want to be something that the always dreamed to be is keep your head high, push yourself further and show you are determined to accomplish anything. Oops I think I have said to much mums calling me for dinner fish and chips delicious. See you guys later.

My Regards David Soyemi. Anyways I am expecting my first pet which is actually going to be awesome. Trust me it will be.

  1. David,

This is a well developed piece and you have worked hard to tone down the imagery here.

You have bearly achieved the Autobiography badge BUT

There should be more of this written in the past tense – why not develop some of your adventures in Nigeria.

Do still be careful with your use of extravagently praising adjectives and clichéd phrases. Always re-read and edit spelling.

  2. Autobiography achieved!
